In appreciation of the recognition given to his company on world music day for his long standing support to the entertainment industry, The MD of Amaecom Global ltd, Dr Marcel Ofomata has donated a brand new laptop to the Akwa Ibom State PMAN secretariat to aid the coordination of its administrative activities. Speaking at Amaecom corporate headquarters in uyo, Dr Ofomata thanked Asteroid Bassey&Pst jeremy Ekong- organizers of world music day 2015 for the honour and promised to partner with PMAN to train three music professionals on the business of music at the Mitchel & Michelle business school. He urged the government to fast track the industralization of the state so that the entertainment industry would receive more support from thriving companies. It would be recalled that World Music day 2015, held on june 21st, 2015 in Uyo was put together by Muzik Alive, AKBC TV and PMAN AKS to celebrate music and honour distinguished personalities who have contributed to the growth of the entertainment industry. Amaecom Global has been in the forefront of encouraging show business in Akwa Ibom for years running. One of the events sponsored by the company is the annual celebrity showdown(a novelty between entertainers and media personalities) which is now in its fourth year.
